How do I make online purchases with my prepaid card?
For optimal results, confirm that the online retailer accepts prepaid cards before checkout. You may also need to register as the cardholder by visiting the CONTACT US page, providing your details and including "registration" in the message field.
How do I set up or change my PIN?
Dial the customer service number printed on the back of your card and follow the automated prompts. Please keep in mind:
- ATM cash withdrawals and cash-back at point of sale are not permitted.
- Wire transfers, recurring billing, and third-party payment apps (such as PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp) are not supported.
Can I add more funds to my prepaid card?
Prepaid cards are single-load only and cannot be reloaded through ATM deposits, bank transfers, or wire transfers. To continue enjoying cashless convenience, please purchase a new card from an authorized kiosk location.
Can I cancel my prepaid card and get a refund?
Prepaid cards cannot be canceled and remaining balances are non-refundable. You may continue using your card at any merchant that accepts prepaid cards until the balance is fully spent.

- Merchant pre-authorization holds — gas stations, hotels, and transportation services may place temporary holds that exceed the actual purchase amount.
